Nathalie Parenteau - The Unconscious Landscape

Yukon Arts Centre, January 9 to March 6, 2003

"The Unconscious Landscape" represents a year of intensive work and inspiration. The show's title mirrors the process which the painter experienced in order to create each painting; taking an instinctual approach as opposed to a deliberate one. The result is collection of images which draw the viewer into their own unconscious, free to react according to their own emotional inclinations.
